Advanced Fluro Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of PTFE hose, PTFE tube, FEP tube, and PFA tube, based in Vasai East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Established in 2011, we supply precision fluoropolymer products to chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, automotive, power, semiconductor, and electrical industries across India and internationally.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vasai East produces a full range of virgin-grade PTFE tubing and hose assemblies, including SS304 braided PTFE hose, corrugated PTFE hose, conductive PTFE hose, FEP transparent tubing, and ultra-pure PFA tubing. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and are available in custom dimensions, lengths, and specifications.

Products

PTFE Tube — Natural, coloured, antistatic, abrasion-resistant, corrugated, and line-marked variants. Temperature range −200°C to +260°C.
PTFE Hose — SS304 braided (SAE 100R14), corrugated, yarn-braided, and conductive grades. Rated up to 300 bar.
FEP Tube — Transparent fluoropolymer tubing for visual flow monitoring. FDA-compliant. Temperature range −200°C to +200°C.
PFA Tube — Ultra-pure SEMI F57 grade for semiconductor wet-process and high-purity pharmaceutical applications.
