    Slick, chemically inert polytetrafluoroethylene bore. Carries acids, bases, solvents and fuels without taste, smell or reaction across −73°C to +260°C.

    SS304 cross-wire braid
    Mirror-polish stainless steel wound in a tight helical cross-weave. Carries the pressure load, holds the shape, makes the assembly flex without kinking.

    Swaged end fittings
    JIC 37°, NPT, BSP or flange — swaged and leak-tested on every unit. Custom lengths cut to order. COC issued on request.

What is a PTFE braided hose?
A PTFE braided hose is a flexible assembly with an inner liner of virgin PTFE wrapped in an outer braid of stainless-steel wire. The PTFE bore carries the fluid — inert across nearly all industrial chemistry — while the braid carries the pressure load and provides mechanical protection.
What temperature range does PTFE hose handle?
Our PTFE braided hoses run continuously from −73°C to +260°C, with short-term excursions to +300°C. The hose stays flexible at cryogenic temperatures and does not soften at high heat.
SS304 vs SS316 braid — which should I choose?
SS304 is the standard grade suitable for most industrial chemistry, oil & gas, and high-temperature service. SS316 adds molybdenum for improved corrosion resistance in chloride-rich and marine environments — preferred for pharma, food, and offshore applications.
Is PTFE hose chemically resistant?
Yes. PTFE is one of the most chemically inert polymers available — resistant to acids, bases, solvents, fuels, oxidisers and steam. The liner handles 1000+ common industrial chemicals without degradation.
