### About PTFE Lined Marked Tube

The PTFE Lined Marked Tube is a natural white (translucent) PTFE tube with a continuous coloured stripe on the outer wall, available in red, blue, black, yellow, green, and orange. The stripe allows fast, reliable identification of the internal fluid or tubing grade, and because it sits on the outside it modifies none of the tube's base properties. Where a general plastic tube would crack under extreme pressure or be degraded by the fluid flowing through it, the PTFE Lined Marked Tube withstands both.

It is one of the most practical PTFE variants. The use of PTFE tubing in food and beverages, water treatment, chemical processing, biotech, automotive, medical, and many other industries dates back decades, and demand remains high because no other polymer matches its combination of chemical resistance, temperature range, and durability — so a scheme for telling one PTFE line from another earns its keep quickly.
